    In this dynamic Vinyasa yoga class, you’ll connect breath with movement, flowing seamlessly through a series of postures to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

  • Fluid Flow Yoga

    Wednesday Evenings 5:30-6:30pm

    This class offers an opportunity for relaxation, bringing stillness of spirit and the space to move how YOU want to. Through the sequences, allow your own free movement to emerge and dance in your own skin to feel grounded, refreshed and free during this weekly unwinding.

  • Saturday Vinyasa Class

    Saturday 9:00 - 10:00am

    In this dynamic Vinyasa yoga class, you’ll connect breath with movement, flowing seamlessly through a series of postures to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

    All levels are welcome.
