Nicholas helps other people feel good. He loves it when a sense of calm falls over the massage room or someone has their “aha” moment in a coaching session or health consultation. Nicholas recently moved back to his hometown of West Jefferson, North Carolina, and wants to share the art of massage to help others feel their very best!

Coaching

Nicholas started coaching youth league athletics when he was 18. He has a passion for helping others to get what they want. He loves to teach what he is learning. He strongly believes time-tested principles are the key to our personal transformation.

Ayurveda and Massage

Nicholas first learned of Āyurveda in 2016. He began to Volunteer at an Āyurvedic Clinic in Sacramento, CA shortly thereafter. He obtained a massage therapy certificate and eventually became the General Manager of the Clinic in 2017. Since then, he has worked alongside other alternative health practitioners, practiced massage, and studied Ayurveda and other alternative forms of healing as he works through his own health challenges. He loves to follow his intuition and has a strong yet calming touch. He loves being patient with the body as it unwinds and relaxes. He trusts the elements and laws of nature to guide the healing process
