    This 35 minute class will flow from upper to lower body within a framework that can easily scale to your individual level of fitness. 

     The primary focus is to develop strength and flexibility through training in deeper ranges of motion - ultimately increasing mobility, vitality, and longevity.

    Fridays 8:00 - 8:50am

    Awaken your body and mind with our Gentle Morning Yoga Flow, a nurturing practice designed to start your day on a peaceful note. This class invites you to gently stretch and release overnight tension through a series of soft, flowing movements that emphasize breath awareness and mindfulness.
